Terms and Conditions for Invoice Maker & Estimate App

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Invoice Maker & Estimate App (“App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

The App allows users to:

  • Create invoices and estimates

  • Manage clients and products

  • Track payments and expenses

  • Generate reports

  • Export financial data

You agree to use the App only for lawful business purposes.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

  • The accuracy of invoices and financial data

  • Compliance with tax laws and regulations

  • Safeguarding their device and account information

  • Proper use of the App’s features

We are not responsible for errors in invoices created by users.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and trademarks in the App are owned by the developer.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Modify

  • Reverse engineer

  • Redistribute

any part of the App without permission.

4. Payments & Subscriptions (If applicable)

If the App offers subscriptions or in-app purchases:

  • Payments are processed through Apple App Store

  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled

  • Users can manage subscriptions in Apple ID settings

Refunds are handled according to Apple’s policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for:

  • Financial losses

  • Business interruptions

  • Data loss

  • Incorrect invoices or reports

Users are responsible for verifying all financial data.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if users violate these Terms.

We may update the App or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer operates.
